When the problem gets tangled, the next step should be clear.

Structured support for complex financial and insurance problems.

People often know something went wrong, and still cannot see what to do next.

A bank lien or debit freeze, a life policy sold the wrong way, a rejected or partly settled health claim, or a complaint after cyber fraud can make the papers and the grievance process hard to follow. In those moments, the right information, the right documents and the right process matter.

Lexify was built to narrow that gap. We provide structured documentation, grievance management and case support. We do not control what a bank, an insurer, a regulator or a court decides.

About Lexify

What is Lexify Solutions?

Lexify Solutions is a legal-tech platform for documentation, grievance management and case support. We help individuals, families, policyholders, account holders and small businesses understand a complex financial or insurance problem and carry it forward in an organised way.

Writing a complaint is not the whole task. We aim to:

  • Understand what you are saying, clearly
  • Build a timeline of what happened
  • Identify the documents that matter
  • Show missing information and gaps in the evidence
  • Explain the relevant grievance process
  • Organise submissions and follow-up
  • Keep the whole matter trackable and transparent

Why Lexify exists

Three gaps appear after a financial or insurance problem.

The same three difficulties show up again and again.

  1. 01

    A gap in information

It is unclear whether to approach the bank, the insurer, the regulator, the Ombudsman or a consumer forum.

  2. 02

    A gap in the documents

Payment proof, policy papers, a rejection letter or messages exist, but they are not in a usable order.

  3. 03

    Trouble with follow-up

After a complaint is sent, the reference number, the response date and the next action are hard to track.

Lexify tries to give structured support across all three.

How Lexify helps

Support is organised around the file, not around a promise.

Not every matter follows every step, and not every matter qualifies for every service.

  1. Step 1

    Understand the problem

What happened, when, and what has already been done.

  2. Step 2

    Organise documents and evidence

Put the papers you have into a sequence, and mark what is missing.

  3. Step 3

    Prepare the grievance

Support for the papers and the submission, where that channel applies.

  4. Step 4

    Track the follow-up

Reference numbers, response dates and the next action.

  5. Step 5

    Share the next step

A plain update on where the matter stands.

Matters we support

Which problems can we help with?

Each category has its own papers and its own path. Support means organising those papers and the grievance process.

Bank account lien and freeze

When a lien, a debit freeze, a partial restriction or a cyber-fraud hold is placed on an account, we help organise the documents and the grievance process.

Account freeze support

Life insurance mis-selling

When a life policy was taken in the name of a loan, a bonus, an investment, a gift or a promised return, we can support a review of the policy documents, the proposal form and the sales communication.

Insurance issue support

Health insurance claim rejection

When cashless treatment is refused, a reimbursement claim is rejected, or the amount settled is lower, we help organise the rejection letter, the policy wording and the medical documents.

Claim rejection support

Cyber fraud and financial grievances

After cyber fraud, we can help organise the bank complaint, the transaction details, NCRP-related documents and the follow-up.

Cyber-fraud support

Consumer and regulatory grievances

Where it applies, we can help you understand an insurer grievance, a bank grievance, a regulator portal, an Ombudsman process or a later escalation, and organise the documents for it.

Regulatory grievance support

Workflow

How a matter can move, step by step.

These stages describe how support can proceed. A matter may stop earlier, or it may not qualify for every stage.

  1. 1

    Initial case understanding

We first understand when it happened, with whom, which problem it concerns, and what action has already been taken.

  2. 2

    Matter classification

The matter is classified as an account freeze, insurance mis-selling, a claim rejection, cyber fraud, or another grievance.

  3. 3

    Document mapping

A list is made of the documents you have, and of the documents that are missing.

  4. 4

    Process planning

You are told, in plain terms, which support stages apply, which documents are required, what the workflow looks like, and what the fees are.

  5. 5

    Grievance support

After your consent, documentation and submission support can be given for the relevant bank, insurer, regulator or grievance channel.

  6. 6

    Tracking and updates

Important dates, reference numbers, responses and next steps are tracked.

  7. 7

    Professional coordination

Where formal legal advice, a legal notice, a pleading or representation is required, coordination with an independent registered advocate or law firm can be arranged with your consent.

Working philosophy

Five principles guide the work.

  • 01

    Clarity before action

No solution is promised in a hurry, before the documents and the facts have been understood.

  • 02

    Evidence before assumption

Every matter gives priority to the evidence that exists, the written communication and the official records.

  • 03

    Process before promises

We do not promise a refund, the release of a frozen account, approval of a claim, or a legal victory.

  • 04

    Transparency before engagement

The scope of the service, the fees, the exclusions, third-party expenses and any professional hand-off are stated clearly.

  • 05

    Human communication

We try to explain complex terms in plain language, so you can understand your own matter more clearly.

Independent professionals

How we work with advocates and law firms.

Lexify Solutions is not itself a law firm or an advocate. It is a support and case-management platform.

Formal legal expertise or representation may still be needed.

Lexify’s role

  • Facts, documents and the timeline
  • Coordination of the process
  • Case tracking
  • Staying inside documentation, coordination, process support and case tracking

An independent legal professional’s role

  • Identified only with your consent, and according to the jurisdiction and the subject
  • Professional judgment stays independent
  • Formal legal advice, notices, pleadings and representation sit under a separate engagement
  • Fees and scope are agreed separately with you

Lexify does not employ, endorse or advertise an individual advocate.

Trust and privacy

What we owe you on every matter.

We try to follow these principles on every matter.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection framework, purpose, transparency and consent matter when personal data is collected. Lexify keeps its Privacy Policy, consent notice and data-handling process clear. This page does not claim a privacy certification.

Privacy Policy
  • Handle your information confidentially
  • Avoid claims about an outcome that the facts do not support
  • Keep a record of important communications
  • Explain documents and deadlines
  • Take written approval before work outside the agreed scope begins
  • Tell you about a referral or a hand-off when a matter is beyond our capacity
  • Process sensitive information only for delivering the service and for a lawful purpose

Limits

What we cannot promise.

Lexify does not guarantee any of the following in any matter.

  • That a bank account will be unfrozen
  • That money will be returned under an insurance policy
  • That a rejected claim will be approved
  • That a regulator or the Ombudsman will pass an order in your favour
  • That a court or a consumer commission will decide in your favour
  • That recovery will happen within a stated time
  • Any action or result that sits with an advocate, a bank, an insurer or an authority, and is outside the company’s control

The result of a matter depends on the facts, the evidence, the policy terms, the transaction trail, the limitation period, and the independent decision of the relevant authority.

Who it may suit

Who might the support be for?

Lexify’s support may be useful for people in situations like these. Listing a situation here does not mean the matter is already accepted.

  • A bank account under a lien or a freeze
  • A genuine payment tied to a suspicious transaction trail
  • An insurance policy sold in the name of a loan or a bonus
  • A policy lapse, a surrender, or a mis-selling concern
  • A health insurance claim that was rejected or only partly settled
  • Difficulty in sending a written grievance to an insurer, a bank or a regulator
  • A small business that needs documentation and grievance tracking

Eligibility is decided only after an initial review of the documents and the facts.

Before you begin

Please keep these safeguards in mind.

These instructions stay visible because they protect you.

  1. 01Read the written scope and the fees before any service begins.
  2. 02Keep original documents in your own possession.
  3. 03Never share an OTP, a PIN, a CVV, a password or digital-signature credentials with anyone.
  4. 04Give facts and documents that are true and complete.
  5. 05Do not create a fabricated document, and do not ask an agent or a third party to do so.
  6. 06Understand that formal legal representation needs a separate advocate engagement.
  7. 07Rely on Lexify’s official communication channels.

Lexify Solutions

Take the first step towards understanding your problem.

A tech-enabled platform for documentation, grievance management and case support.

The purpose is not to promise a legal outcome. It is to make a complex problem more organised, better documented and driven by a clear process.

If you have the documents but the process is not clear, contact the Lexify team for an initial support assessment.

When the problem gets tangled, the next step should be clear.

Initial contact or a document assessment does not promise a result. It does not create an advocate-client relationship, and it is not legal representation. Where legal work is required, it is done through a separate engagement with an independent registered advocate or law firm.

Lexify Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a tech-enabled platform for documentation, grievance management and case support. It is not a law firm or an advocate, and it does not itself carry on legal practice, issue a vakalatnama, or provide formal legal representation. Where legal advice, pleadings or appearances are required, they are provided through a separate professional engagement with independent registered advocates or law firms. No refund, release of a frozen account, insurance-claim approval, compensation or legal outcome is promised. The final decision belongs to the relevant bank, insurer, regulator, Ombudsman, court or other authority.

In India, Bar Council of India Rule 36 restricts advocates from advertising or soliciting work, directly or indirectly. This page stays factual, focused on the process, and free of promotion. It does not describe individual advocates as the best or the top, and it does not state a success rate or a promised result.
