Draft for counsel review
These terms describe how you may use the Lexify Solutions website and portal. Lexify Solutions is a private company. These terms are draft product wording and do not create guaranteed legal outcomes.
Acceptance
By accessing the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
About Lexify
Lexify Solutions is a private technology-enabled legal support company. Legal entity form: Private company (entity form to be confirmed). Registered office: Registered office address to be published after verification.
We are not a law firm by default branding, not a court, and not a regulator. Where authorised legal representation is needed, matters may be coordinated with appropriately authorised advocates under their own engagement terms.
Scope of support vs representation
The platform may provide information structuring, documentation support, secure evidence handling, progress tracking, messaging and coordination.
Platform use does not by itself create an advocate–client relationship with Lexify. Representation, if any, occurs only with an appropriately authorised professional under separate terms.
Accounts and accuracy
You must provide accurate registration and case information and keep contact details current. You are responsible for activity under your verified account, except where unauthorised access results from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.
You must not attempt to access another person’s cases, documents or messages.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful content or content you do not have rights to share
- Submit banking secrets (passwords, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, CVV) or attempt to collect them from others through the platform
- Impersonate Lexify, courts, police, banks, insurers or regulators
- Abuse OTP, messaging or upload features, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside an authorised security review
No outcome guarantee
Nothing on the platform guarantees recovery of funds, insurance claim approval, account unfreezing, regulatory action or litigation success. Third parties control many outcomes.
Platform content
Site design, product copy and software are owned by Lexify or its licensors. You retain rights in materials you upload, and you grant Lexify a limited licence to host and process them to operate the service.
Limitation (draft)
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lexify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform use or from third-party decisions. Detailed liability language will be finalised by counsel.
