Draft for counsel review
Lexify Solutions is a private company providing technology-enabled legal support. This notice explains, at a product level, what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can contact us. It is draft wording for the product — not a certification of compliance with any specific statute.
Who we are
Lexify Solutions operates this website and client portal as a private company. We are not a court, police unit, regulator or government body.
Legal entity form: Private company (entity form to be confirmed).
Registered office: Registered office address to be published after verification.
Primary contact: lexifysolutions@gmail.com.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers the public website, account registration, client identity verification, case intake, evidence uploads, messaging, and related notifications.
It does not replace advice from Lexify’s counsel or your own advisors about your rights under applicable law.
Sensitive and personal data we may collect
Depending on how you use the product, we may collect the categories below. We design the product so that banking secrets are never requested.
- Account identifiers: name, email address, phone number, and verification status
- Identity verification details: address fields, identity document type, and uploaded identity document images (masked Aadhaar preferred; we do not make full Aadhaar number collection the default)
- Case content: category, narrative, dates, reference IDs, and other fields you submit in intake forms
- Evidence files: documents you upload (for example JPG, PNG, PDF) and related metadata such as file name, size and upload time
- Communications: messages you exchange in the portal and contact-form enquiries
- Technical records: session identifiers, security logs and limited device or IP-derived signals used for abuse prevention
- Consent records: consent type, policy or notice version, timestamp and related identifiers
What we do not collect
We do not ask for or store bank passwords, net-banking credentials, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card PIN, CVV, email passwords, or one-time passwords issued by banks or payment apps for transactions.
We do not collect biometrics for this MVP product surface.
Why we collect this information
We collect and use information only as needed to:
- Create and secure your account (including OTP verification)
- Complete client identity verification before sensitive case work
- Open, review and progress your case file
- Store and retrieve evidence under access controls
- Communicate status, tasks and messages
- Detect abuse, protect the service and maintain an audit trail of high-impact actions
- Respond to privacy or grievance requests you send us
Storage and third-party processing (high level)
Business records and metadata (accounts, cases, messages, consent and audit entries) are stored in our application database hosted with our database provider.
Evidence files are stored with our file-storage provider using protected (non-public) delivery. Short-lived access links are created only after the application checks that you — or an authorised staff role — may view the file.
Phone OTP delivery may use an SMS provider. Email OTP and transactional notices may use an email delivery provider. Application hosting is provided by our hosting provider.
Providers process data on our instructions to operate the service. Exact processor names, locations and contract terms will be listed here after counsel review of the production stack.
Retention periods for account, case and evidence records are to be confirmed by counsel and published here.

For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or concerns about how your information is handled, contact lexifysolutions@gmail.com.
You may also use the grievance route described on our Grievance page. Grievance contact: lexifysolutions@gmail.com.
We will ask for enough information to verify your identity before acting on account-related requests.
