At this time, the product focuses on account creation, case intake and case management. No paid checkout is live in this build.
If you were not charged by Lexify, there is no refund to process for platform fees.
When paid services are enabled
Before any payment is collected, Lexify will present clear commercial terms describing what is included, what is not included, and applicable refund or cancellation rules.
Those rules will be reviewed by counsel and published on this page (or linked from checkout). Until then, treat any third-party request for payment claiming to be Lexify with caution and verify through official contact channels.
Advocate or third-party fees
Fees charged by advocates, courts, banks, insurers or other third parties are governed by those parties’ terms. Lexify does not control those charges and this page does not create a refund right against third parties.
